Next week we will be studying community helpers.  In our dramatic play center, we will have a hospital set up.  Children will get to take turns playing roles such as a doctor, nurse, patient, etc. 
We will also be taking a field trip on Wednesday to the hospital.  While there, we will tour all areas of the hospital including x-ray, the OB department, the emergency room etc. 
During our group time each day, the children will get a chance to dramatize different community helpers.
We will continue this unit March 20-21.
